A basement renovation perfect for every member of the family! 

This project completed in 2022 for a young family, gave them dedicated spaces for working out, hanging out, playing, lounging by the fireplace, and also includes a new full bathroom.  Complete with durable and waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank  Flooring, it was the perfect material choice for a space right inside from the backyard and patio area. 

On the main level of the home, we also gave the fireplace a major facelift! We added custom-built bookcases with closed cabinetry at the bottoms, a new wood mantle, painted the existing brick a crisp white, and added shiplap above the mantle all the way to the top of the vaulted ceilings.
