Assistant Project Manager 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Management team in planning, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects

  • Read, comprehend, and enforce plan set, project scope, budget, and timeline

  • Assist in the coordination of all personnel (vendors, sub-contractors, etc.) necessary to complete the project

  • Understand and enforce company safety policies

  • Maintain daily job logs

  • Occasional estimating assistance

  • On-the-job problem solving

  • Attend weekly sub-contractor and owner meetings

  • Represent the company in a client-facing role


Qualified Candidates will meet the following requirements

  • Experience working on residential construction projects

  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail

  • Organized

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex problems

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Work hour requirements, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
