Assistant Project Manager
Primary Responsibilities
-
Assist the Project Management team in planning, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects
-
Read, comprehend, and enforce plan set, project scope, budget, and timeline
-
Assist in the coordination of all personnel (vendors, sub-contractors, etc.) necessary to complete the project
-
Understand and enforce company safety policies
-
Maintain daily job logs
-
Occasional estimating assistance
-
On-the-job problem solving
-
Attend weekly sub-contractor and owner meetings
-
Represent the company in a client-facing role
Qualified Candidates will meet the following requirements
-
Experience working on residential construction projects
-
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail
-
Organized
-
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex problems
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Work hour requirements, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
