Working with a small footprint, we were able to maximize every square foot of this kitchen and breakfast nook/pantry area. We added a small powder bathroom tucked behind the pantry and a space-efficient pocket door, for easy guest access. The breakfast nook window bench can now serve as a multi-purpose spot, whether working from home in a sunny spot full of natural light, or just enjoying a morning coffee.  The sleek & modern color palette and material selection in the kitchen now gives this home an updated feel, that can be enjoyed for years to come.
