Historical home charm, with a few new features!  We added a three-story addition off the back of this home. 

A new owner's suite on the top level of the addition, with stunning views through the new Marvin brand windows, features a large custom-tiled walk-in shower, vaulted ceilings, plush carpeting and soothing color palette. 

Down the hallway we find a new full bathroom, with fun pattern floor tile, a classic tub with white tile surround, and brushed nickel fixtures. On the main level of the home, we enter through the front door, and find a mudroom area with powder bathroom wrapped in white shiplap walls. The hallway opens up into the main living space, combining the a brand new open-concept kitchen and dining space, with a light-filled sunroom behind.  A staircase brings you downstairs to the lower level, where the family now has a additional lounge/TV room.
